Stonebrook London is a niche property agency, focused on acquisitions for operators within the restaurant, leisure and hospitality sectors. We specialise in tenant representation, working collaboratively with some of the ‘best-in-class’ operators looking to grow businesses in London and the UK. Through our in-depth knowledge of the market and tenacious approach, together with a strong contact book, we aim to secure properties which meet our clients locational and budgetary requirements through both on and off-market endeavours.
We have advised an eclectic mix of clients ranging from national multiple restaurant groups to international operators entering the UK market for the first time, as well as some of the UK’s most exciting concepts and independent restaurateurs.
As well as providing strategic advice to operators looking to grow businesses, Stonebrook London also provide leasing advice to private landlords across London and assist existing tenants looking to exit their leases.
Jake set up Stonebrook London in March 2017, capitalising on a gap in the market for a service-led property agency for restaurant, pub and hospitality operators. Jake has spent his career to date working in the leisure property industry, initially as an integral part of the acquisition team at Davis Coffer Lyons, and latterly at JLL, as Head of Retail & Leisure in their London Unlimited agency.
Jake acquired a number of sites to assist the roll-out of national brands such as Cote, Bill’s & Wildwood, as well as accelerating the growth of restaurants including Honest Burger, Home Slice, Natural Kitchen and Pizza Union.
Since starting Stonebrook, Jake has successfully represented Caprice Holdings, Corbin & King, By Chloe & M Restaurants to name but a few
His approach has earned him a reputation as one of the best brokers within the leisure agency sector.

Adam joined Stonebrook in 2018, bringing to the team a wealth of experience gained across a number of sectors within the property industry, as well as a Masters in Real Estate Development.
Adam began his career underwriting property development loans at a specialist lender, before moving into commercial property investment and asset management, with responsibility for managing and developing a nationwide portfolio of office and retail assets.
His focus at Stonebrook is on acquisitions both for emerging brands and established chains, where his network of landlords and agents has allowed him to unlock exciting opportunities for his clients, both on and off- market.

Acted on behalf of Corbin & King for the newest addition to their restaurant portfolio in St Johns Wood. We took a new lease from Trophaeum on the site formerly trading as Carluccios. Due to open Spring 2019 .
Acted on behalf of AB InBev, one of the worlds largest breweries as they secured their first brew pub site in Central London on the site of the formerly trading Drunken Monkey at 222 Shoreditch High St
Acted on behalf of the landlord to lease to Lina Stores Pasta Bar, backed by White Rabbit Fund at 51 Greek St.
Acquire two flagship sites on behalf of By Chloe, the Vegan comfort food brand from New York. The first site was acquired in Covent Garden in a DTZ IM owned property and the second down in Tower Bridge within a high-end residential development by Berkeley Homes
Acquired an amazing unit directly opposite Borough Market on behalf of Patty & Bun
Acquired a second site on behalf of Greek concept Opso for their new Pita Bun concept on Newburgh St which forms part of the Shaftesbury Estate
Brokered the UK debut of Avroko Hospitality, bringing their concept Genuine to Fitzrovia having agreed a new lease directly with landlords Shaftesbury
Acquisition on behalf of Vivek Singh-led Cinnamon Kitchen within the first phase of the iconic redevelopment of Battersea Power Station
Acquisition on behalf of Caprice Holdings for the launch of bespoke Granary Brasserie. Acquired the lease from Grain Store in a high-profile off market transaction in a tripartite deal with Argent.
